MATT SPHEERIS

As a lifelong resident of Oconomowoc, I have always had the pleasure of enjoying the beautiful Lake Country area with its magnificent lakes and unique downtowns. Most of my experience comes from working with and observing my father, Jon Spheeris, who has been in this business for over 40 years. His knowledge, enthusiasm and high service standards have inspired me, and now serve as a foundation for my own career. It is no surprise that after graduating from Marquette University Business School that I chose real estate as my career and joined the Spheeris Team.

In all things, I strive to exceed expectations for my customers and clients. Through my partnership with Coldwell Banker, I have internalized and take great care in mastering the core values of the Coldwell Banker brand – Trust, Innovation, Collaboration, Business Acumen and Consumer Focus. I enjoy creating a partnership with my clients as they make their biggest and most exciting investment!

Outside of real estate, I have the privilege of being a volunteer firefighter for the Town of Delafield Fire Department and being on the Board of Directors for Moonlit Movies. I've enjoyed living in the Lake Country Area and am honored to give back to my community.
